Your satisfaction is important to us. Here's how returns and refunds are handled at Ashiyana Furniture.

1. Return Eligibility

  1. Returns accepted only for:
    1. Damaged or defective items
    2. Items received in error
  2. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

2. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized or made-to-order items
  2. Products damaged due to misuse or customer handling

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone with order details and images of the issue
  2. Our team will inspect and approve the return
  3. Pickup and replacement or refund will be initiated after approval

4. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  2. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins
