Welcome to Ashiyana Furniture. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Product Information

  1. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible.
  2. Natural variations in color, grain, or texture may occur due to materials like wood or fabric.
  3. We reserve the right to change product details or pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  1. Orders can be placed online, over the phone, or in-store.
  2. A full payment or a minimum 50% advance is required to confirm the order.
  3. Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer.
  4. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery Policy

  1. We deliver across Durgapur and surrounding areas.
  2. Standard delivery times range between 7–21 business days, depending on availability.
  3. Customers must ensure clear delivery access at their premises.
  4. Installation (if applicable) and delivery charges will be shared during the order process.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  2. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
  3. Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except for verified defects.
  4. All returns are subject to inspection by our quality team.

6. Warranty

  1. All furniture comes with a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
  2. The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, exposure to moisture, or physical damage after delivery.
  3. Warranty becomes void if third-party modifications or repairs are made.

7. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  2. Orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled once production begins.
  3. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, images, and branding are the property of Ashiyana Furniture.
  2. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Ashiyana Furniture shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  2. Our total liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the product involved.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Durgapur, West Bengal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
